FREE PHONE SCREENING/CONSULTATION
Congratulations on taking this important first step to reach out for professional mental health support. In this phone contact, it is our responsibility to you, to determine if coming to The Women’s Therapy Service or the Daybreak DBT Skills Program, is the appropriate step for you or your family’s needs.
There is no charge to consult with us on the phone about your mental health needs and your particular situation. This initial phone screening/consultation is highly confidential, free, and cannot take place through e-mail exchange. Scheduling an intake for you is based on this phone screening.
Counseling and Psychotherapy for the treatment of a mental health concern or the treatment of an eating disorder begins with a comprehensive evaluation. During this evaluation we assess your needs and begin to develop an apppropriate treatment plan for you. This process should help you determine and feel confident that we have the appropriate expertise to help move you or your child forward.
To offer the highest quality mental health care possible, we are Out-of-Network Providers. Payment is due at the time of intake and at the time of each individual, group, or family session. You may call your insurance company to inquire about your outpatient mental health benefits. This information will help you determine how much you will be reimbursed for your care at the Women’s Therapy Service.
When you call your insurance company to get information about your Out-of-Network Benefits, be sure to ask what your annual deductible is, and if it has been met for this calendar year. Ask about the percentage your plan will reimburse you for each mental health visit, such as 80% or 70%, etc., after your deductible has been met.
The codes of service that we most typically provide are: Initial Consultation, CPT #90791; Individual Psychotherapy, CPT# 90834 or CPT#90837; Group Psychotherapy #90853; Multi-Family Group Psychotherapy, CPT#90849; Family Therapy with the patient present, CPT# 90847, and Family Therapy without the patient present, CPT #90846.
